Trek to Liberate Your Innerself

TREK !! As the name suggests climbing up the mountain with all your strength and willingness to experience the exquisite beauty of nature and calm yourself.......

Have you ever had an idea of climbing a mountain, staying out all night in the tent, cook your own food by the bonfire, singing and dancing and do all the things you wanted to do?...

Have you ever thought of experiencing something that you have never experienced before, camping by a rock, or just lying out on the snow and feeling the cool breeze passing through you?...

If your answer is yes !!

Then its the time to open your desktop, plan a trek to the Himalayas for a couple of days. I am sure that traveling by yourself is a wonderful way to come closer to your roots and making a deep connection with different people of diverse cultures and traditions in the mountains.

After reading this, I am sure you must have thought that how can one climb it all by themselves ?? ....hahaha!!

I used to think the exact same way before I went on my first trek with my cousins.

Before that, I used to have no experience of trekking or hiking. But I went anyway. That trek not only changed the perspective through which I used to look at my monotonous life but, it also proved to be one hell of an experience. My primary takeaway tip from the trek to the Himalayas would be ...

"To every problem in this world, You have to be consistent.

And to reach the top you just have to take a step forward."

FOLLOWING THE COURSE you will find small cafes(mainly stalls) where you can eat snacks like Masala Maggi, pakoras, etc. and also energy drinks and a lot more( All pocket-friendly). Also, the sightseeing points are the major spots for capturing everlasting memories and the medial fun singing with your equally crazy friends and sharing these picture-perfect moments and so many “throwback“ stories.

FREE FROM TECHNOLOGY

When you are climbing up the mountain the network connectivity weakens, that is the time when you leave your busy technological life and enjoy yourselves in the beauty of nature far from all the city buzz and you start to feel the beauty of the world.

Reaching THE SUMMIT, you will be overwhelmed that all your hard work and patience is finally paying off with all those breathtaking views of the magnificent mountains.

Make sure you have a glance at the sunset that strikes with happiness directly at your heart. Putting your tent was a very intense yet hard for me, followed by cooking yummy meals authentically by the campfire. Singing and dancing around the campfire, makes your night a memorable one and followed by sleeping under a sky full of stars that you can never see under a city sky.

THE NEXT MORNING, watching the sunrise in the chilly weather, sipping a hot cup of tea, relieves your mind and soul, followed by some stretches, and breakfast makes you ready.

After descending, you get to share all the fun and frolic you had in those 2 days, sharing pictures and posts on social media inspires other people too.

I hope this inspired you a bit to take a short break from your hustling life and visit the mountains.

Do share your views on how mountains inspire your soul.

  Happy Wandering :)
